I can see the leaf for sure! :) I made only ony "loaf" on the first day and then I made the other loaf yesterday afternoon when we had company and it was still really good! I was worried because it had been in the fridge since Tuesday, but all was well. It's good to know this is such a versatile recipe that freezes well too.Maggiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01421134043676404865noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5284381585724205692.post-69722599103983172052012-05-13T02:44:58.086-07:002012-05-13T02:44:58.086-07:00haha, glad you were able to shape it easily! :)haha, glad you were able to shape it easily! :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5284381585724205692.post-23907683940669773022012-05-12T20:10:56.168-07:002012-05-12T20:10:56.168-07:00I never have seen a photo of dough in the process ...I never have seen a photo of dough in the process of rising. You have some serious air going on. But, the results looked delicious. I agree with you about being a little "tough" the second day. Fougasse needs to be eaten the day it's made or frozen, I think.Mary Hirschhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14495234299898574943noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5284381585724205692.post-58541749519513706572012-05-12T19:04:26.915-07:002012-05-12T19:04:26.915-07:00That's one aggressive dough.
